About the Role:

The Data Governance and Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to define data governance policies, procedures, and standards. This includes collaborating with the Digital Technologies team to ensure the deployment and maintenance of data governance rules, as well as owning the data RACI and ensuring that the appropriate information is available to the right level of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, data owners, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and establish data governance policies.
  • Collaborate with the DT team to ensure the deployment and maintenance of data governance rules.
  • Own the data RACI and ensure that the appropriate information is available to the right level of stakeholders.
  • Define the data needed now and in the future for a digital way of working (Data roadmap).
  • Establish data quality standards and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data quality.
  • Align the data, metrics definition, and structure across regions to ensure the data can be gathered consistently.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to promote cross-functional engagement in data governance activities.
