Key Responsibilities

  • Report to and support a CQC registered branch manager in maintaining branch quality and compliance.
  • Support the managerial overview and day-to-day operation of the branch, overseeing the delivery of care services.
  • Participate in a backup rota, supporting our on-call team to run the service outside of office hours.
  • Lead and support a team of care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff to maintain branch compliance and provide continuity of care to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, social care professionals, local authorities, and funding bodies.
  • Focus on client retention by addressing concerns and enhancing the quality of care services.
  • Promote the growth of the branch, utilizing initiative and creative ideas.
  • Oversee values-based recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained.
