Job Summary:
Contract Personnel Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Coordinator to join their team. As a Financial Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing a new ERP system, ensuring seamless data transfer and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and validate data from existing software for transfer onto the new ERP system.
- Provide support and participate in the month-end procedure across all functions, including:
- Sales Ledger: Validate customer and sales data, prepare files for upload to the new software, and work alongside the sales ledger team.
- Purchase Ledger: Validate supplier and purchasing data, prepare files for upload to the new software, and work alongside the purchase ledger team.
- Nominal Ledger: Involvement in all areas, including bank, asset, stock, overheads, and foreign exchange, confirming and validating balance transfers, and preparing files for upload to the new software.
- Perform additional duties as required by the line manager.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner for compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in all areas of a finance function.
- Experience with implementing a system is advantageous but not essential.
- Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
Working Hours and Salary:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. The salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
