Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our client's team in Dover. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small cluster of Supported Living services, managing a team of highly qualified staff, and providing exceptional levels of care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of adult health and social care services, with multiple CQC ratings of 'Outstanding'. They pride themselves on a value-based approach, focusing on providing person-centred support to achieve life goals and reach personal milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff, providing support and guidance to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered.
  • Oversee the care and support of individuals with complex needs, developing support approaches to break down barriers and integrate them into their local communities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure effective management of services and staff.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individuals receive the best possible support to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including PBS Practitioners, Quality & Compliance Managers, and HR and Recruitment Departments, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

What We Offer

A competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, £1,000 joining bonus, £100 enhancement for weekends on call, and enhanced annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays. You will also have access to a spectrum of specialist resources, including an in-house PBS Practitioner, Quality & Compliance Manager, and training Academy for all staff training and development needs.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for providing exceptional levels of care and promoting independence. You will have management experience within the adult health and social care sector, with a proven track record of supporting complex individuals and promoting a positive outcome-focused ethos within a service.
