We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Systems Analyst to join our Systems and Procedures team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding the partnerships between technology and the business, testing and implementing current and new technologies, and ensuring that all internal systems are fit for purpose and unique to the individual needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Systems and Design Analysis: Understand issues that face the business prior to implementing a new one, gathering feedback and digging into an issue to get an understanding of the overall impact across the business.
- Writing User Guides: Create user guides on newly implemented systems, policies, and procedures.
- System Testing: Test systems internally to identify any bugs and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments and trading locations across BMS Performance businesses as a whole, querying things that may not appear correct and implementing new procedures as and when needed.
- Educated to degree level is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Self-starter and problem solver.
- Inquisitive and always wanting to find out more.
- £25,000 base salary rising to £28,000 after probation period.

- Industry Recognised Training: Previous training courses have included BCS- The Chartered Institute for IT / ISTQB - The International Software Testing Qualifications Board/Prince2 Qualifications in Project Management.
