We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Publica Group. As a Business Analyst - Digital Services, you will play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of digital customer-focused solutions across Council Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ICT department with the development and deployment of digital solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver services and integrations into 3rd party platforms
  • Write and carry out testing procedures and user guides
  • Ensure the customer journey and online self-serve is at the forefront of any project
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of Council Systems and Processes
  • At least 3 years' experience providing ICT Application support in a Council environment
  • Experience of working within an innovative team environment to deliver digital services
  • Project management skills, including stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications
  • Desire to be forward-thinking in new technologies to enhance business needs
