About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Cadley Hill View. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing person-centered care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure care plans are up-to-date and effective
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
