Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex needs, including wound management, palliative care, and symptom control.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

- Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant professional body (1st Level Nurse/NMC).
- Degree in a health-related subject or willingness to complete a degree within 3 years of appointment.
- Experience of recent community/acute healthcare gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment.
- Awareness of professional issues and recent developments in the NHS, with knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to organize own work and use own initiative.
- Full driving license.
