About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter, reporting into the Head of IT Service and Operations.
As the Service Delivery Lead, you will work closely with the wider IT team and key business stakeholders to promote a centre of service excellence, ensuring that internal customer requirements and service expectations are understood and delivered on time.
Some of the key activities in this role will be planning, implementing, and controlling the review of service provision, as well as defining, negotiating, and implementing service level agreements. You will be accountable for all change management activities, including release and transition stage gates. With full budget responsibility for your services, you will build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service management strategies to drive business value and improve customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and maintain service level agreements and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT service management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with service management frameworks and tools.
