Core Responsibilities

Calendar Management

  • Oversee and coordinate the CEO's schedule, managing both personal and professional commitments through proactive diary and email oversight.
  • Facilitate the CEO's public speaking engagements.

Meeting Coordination

  • Organize internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary materials in advance.
  • Draft and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Studio Visit Management

  • Coordinate external visits to the studio.

Presentation Development

  • Create and maintain presentation materials to assist the CEO during external engagements and internal meetings.

Travel Logistics

  • Arrange corporate and personal travel, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage all logistical aspects, including visa research and itinerary preparation.

Communication Management

  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
  • Screen and manage phone calls directed to the CEO.

Business Support

  • Foster relationships with clients, managers, and team members.
  • Assist the strategy team with research, analysis, and data collection.
  • Compile and execute presentations for various meetings.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings and document minutes.
  • Prepare correspondence and respond to organizational inquiries.
  • Organize internal team events.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (2:2 or higher).

Additional Requirements

  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
