As a key member of our Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional training, education, and technical support to customers in the North West UK.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation of company products.
- Plan and prioritize clinical, technical, and education programs with input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
- Offer implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatre and provide technical support to customers before and after device implantation.
- Offer troubleshooting support to the field sales force and customers as needed.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team, preparing study materials and plans.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the purchasing process.
- Support marketing and sales efforts in introducing new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
- Able to work in an operating room environment.
- Live in North West UK.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Driving license.
