Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of facilities and equipment across the site.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive work across a variety of tasks, including electrical, fabric, and mechanical work.
- Work closely with staff and sub-contractors on site to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Guide and support an apprentice on site, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and deal with any escalations or issues on site.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and staff on site, providing proactive solutions to ensure their needs are met.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a Facilities Management Service Provider.
- Relevant qualifications, such as IOSH, Level 2 or 3 in electrical installation, and 18th Edition wiring regs.
- Confidence working independently and ability to perform tasks unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethics, practical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
