Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our client's team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of equipment and systems across a large single site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work across a variety of tasks, including electrical, fabric, and mechanical work.
- Work closely with staff and sub-contractors to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Guide and support an apprentice on site, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any incidents or near misses.
- Deal with client escalations and provide proactive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a facilities management service provider.
- Relevant qualifications, such as IOSH, Level 2 or 3 in electrical installation, and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Confidence working independently and ability to perform tasks unsupervised.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethics, practical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
