Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake repair and renewal roofing works to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the roofing trade, ensuring you are equipped to handle complex projects.
- Collaborate with other operatives to complete repairs and projects efficiently.
- Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job, using a PDA to ensure accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer, with a strong track record of delivering small projects and repair work.
- Relevant trade qualifications and a full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
