About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Royal Golf Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to guests
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to menu development, suggesting new dishes and ideas
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • A genuine passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
