Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this position, we seek candidates who possess the following top five essential qualifications:
- Experience in a Customer Service setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a keen willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in generating reports and analyzing Excel data.
