Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, new builds, and Help to Buy schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions
  • Handle leasehold and freehold sales and purchases
  • Advise on shared ownership, new builds, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Contribute to the development of our Residential Conveyancing department

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual
