Job Title: Graduate Surveyor/Junior Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Surveyor/Junior Asset Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of our property portfolio, undertaking operational site visits, and engaging with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth operations and maintain good tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of our property portfolio, including identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Operational Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well maintained and complying with insurance conditions.
  • Tenant and Contractor Engagement: Engage with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth operations and maintain good tenant relations.
  • Property Maintenance: Work with the Property Management team to ensure properties are well maintained and complying with insurance conditions.
  • Off-Market Property Sales: Identify off-market property sales opportunities and liaise with external agents to build relationships within the commercial property market.
  • Lettings and Rent Reviews: Assist with lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, sub-letting, alterations, and budgeting/forecasting.
  • Vacant Property Schedule: Ensure the vacant property schedule is up to date and company website reflects all vacant properties.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Maintain company social media platforms and create marketing information, including property brochures and floorplans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous property experience is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Attitude: Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday.

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay.
