About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts within the IT Hardware and Brokerage sector. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through lead qualification and proposal development.
  • Enhance existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining enduring customer relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in IT hardware and brokerage.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to ensure optimal customer experiences.
  • Execute additional duties as delegated.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience in sectors such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, transport, or supply chain.
  • High level of professional conduct and work ethic.
  • Proficiency in relationship building with both internal teams and customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure.
