Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. As a CCU Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our consultant-led ward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with practitioners across departments to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new practices, equipment, and facilities to enhance patient care.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Work closely with the matron and other senior staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Registered with the appropriate governing body, with post-registration experience in a critical care setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
