We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Host to join our team at Malmaison York. As a key member of our Sky Bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the flow of guests into SORA Sky Bar to optimize their experience
  • Work closely with the Front Office team and SORA management to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the Sky Bar is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in customer service and hospitality management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
