Care Assistant - Full Time Days

**Make a Positive Impact in the Lives of Our Residents**

At Prime Life Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Lyndon Croft Care Home in Solihull. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, who live with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist residents with their personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
* Support residents to maintain good nutrition and hydration, and encourage them to mobilise safely around the home
* Provide companionship and friendship to our residents, and accompany them on social outings or appointments
* Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and complete documentation as required
* Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to promote the health and well-being of our residents

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* A patient and understanding approach, with the ability to respect the individual needs and abilities of our residents
* A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge, with the support of our dedicated Quality Matters team
