  • Manage Field-Based Resources: You will oversee a team of direct and sub-contract field-based resources, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  • Implement Operational Targets: You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring targets for health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Maximize Efficiency: You will work to maximize the day-to-day organization, planning, and control of labor, plant, and resources, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: You will have previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, with a good all-round knowledge of reinstatement and understanding of the construction and water industry.
  • Qualifications: You will hold a full, clean driving license, 7.5 ton + towing or HGV, and a valid blue card and streetworks ticket covering hot lay of bitumen material.
  • Skills: You will have demonstrable experience of black and white top works and excellent leadership and communication skills.
