Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Psychiatric Consultant, your duties will include:
- Overseeing Patient Care: Act as the Responsible Clinician for the facility, supervising the referral and admission processes while conducting pre-admission evaluations.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement thorough care plans that facilitate patient recovery.
- Contributing to Service Development: Play a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of the service and in the training and mentoring of other healthcare professionals.

- Qualifications: Full registration with the GMC and inclusion on the specialist register for Psychiatry.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience at the Consultant level in inpatient environments, preferably with exposure to individuals with complex mental health needs and forensic backgrounds.
