Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and inspect our facilities and operations to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective contractor management procedures to ensure all contractors on-site are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses, documenting and analyzing the findings to implement corrective actions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with our Health and Safety Manager to maintain and improve our ISO45001 certification.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned Health and Safety professional with a strong background in the food manufacturing industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective health and safety programs is essential.
