Job Title: Adult's Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on nursing leadership to our clients, who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of person-centered care, assessing care needs, and developing individualized care plans. This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of change management, as well as the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing leadership to our clients

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working within a nursing home environment
  • Proficient in care planning and documentation
  • Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
