NXT Recruitment is partnering with a thriving family-owned enterprise in search of a Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing and evolving the company's brand while engaging with target audiences across various marketing channels.
Your responsibilities will include leading a small team and overseeing local, regional, and national advertising initiatives and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze engagement metrics and emerging trends, supervise SEO and website traffic analytics, provide insights on return on investment, accomplishments, and trends, and suggest improvements based on campaign results.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring that promotional content remains current and appealing.
- Enhance event participation through diverse marketing strategies, including attending events to capture content for social media.
- Collaborate with the team to refresh website content and design, manage photo galleries, and implement seasonal themes.
- Engage actively on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Share engaging daily content, interact with followers, monitor reviews, and maintain an appealing social media presence.
Candidate Profile:
- A collaborative team player with a flair for creativity.
- Proficient in WordPress.
- Experienced and confident with Meta Business Suite & Manager.
- Solid background in marketing with a focus on social media.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
