We are seeking an experienced and skilled Safeguarding Specialist Nurse for Adults to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our colorectal cancer service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team in providing a seamless service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide information, advice, and support to colorectal cancer patients and their families at all stages of their disease.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.
  • Run nurse-led clinics, provide ward-based education, and contribute to the development and provision of high-quality nursing care.
  • Be flexible and organized in the workplace, with a passion for delivering a quality and successful service.

Person Specification
