Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Priscilla Bacon Hospice. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paperwork and Administration
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
    • Coordinate kitchen schedules and rotas
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Culinary Excellence
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals
    • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
    • Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
    • Report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef
