Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will collaborate within a compact team situated at the Client's premises, overseeing their needs across various channels and product categories.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for steering projects from the initial client brief to the ultimate execution of media strategies across diverse channels, including Print, Web, Digital Out of Home (DOOH), Press, social media placements, and both HTML & Static display advertisements.


This role demands a dynamic approach, as you will engage daily with our esteemed European Clients, alongside their marketing teams, creative agencies, and media partners.


Your ability to inspire confidence in your capabilities will be crucial, leveraging insights from other sectors of our Client's organization to ensure cohesive creativity while enhancing cost-effectiveness and expediting turnaround times for both the agency and our Client.


Creative Oversight:
Internally, you will act as the custodian of the brand's creative integrity, collaborating with the broader client services team and other departments regularly, briefing projects to both digital and print studios.


Ensuring creative excellence that both the Client and agency can take pride in is paramount.


Qualifications:
You should possess a robust understanding of both print and digital mediums, with experience in AEM being a plus, as well as a keen interest in consumer electronics and technology.


As a Client Relationship Manager, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing projects from the initial client brief to the final execution of media strategies across various channels.
  • Engaging closely with Senior European Clients and their marketing teams, creative agencies, and media partners.
  • Maintaining the creative integrity of the brand, ensuring that the output meets the highest standards of excellence.


Asset Management:
You will be accountable for both internal and client-facing asset management across various accounts.


Project Delivery:

  • Analyze client briefs and media strategies to deliver the most effective and high-quality responses.
  • Review the quality and content of all produced materials, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Proactively manage the seamless delivery of projects and daily outputs.


Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Print Account Management.
  • Budget oversight capabilities.
  • Experience in verifying final assets against briefs to ensure precision.
  • Must have a background as a Client-Facing Account Manager, rather than a Project Manager without direct client interaction.
  • Relevant experience in Print Account Management is essential; transferable skills from a traffic manager role are not applicable.
