Your Role...

As the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be instrumental in shaping how we connect with and inspire our colleagues at eurochange. Your role will involve crafting and delivering engaging narratives that embody our purpose and values, showcasing what makes eurochange an exceptional workplace.

You will excel in collaboration, possess a flair for creative design (both graphics and content), and have a keen eye for detail. Your skills in planning, writing, editing, and stakeholder management will be essential in simplifying complex information. You will thrive on creating and delivering communications that resonate across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Culture to establish a comprehensive internal communications and engagement strategy, complete with a detailed roadmap.
  • Design and implement internal communications and engagement initiatives that inspire and align with our business objectives.
  • Enhance eurochange's reputation as an employer of choice by uncovering and sharing compelling stories that foster connection and belonging.
  • Develop and execute engaging communications across various channels, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Oversee the management of our company intranet, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
  • Create and maintain an annual communications calendar that aligns with key business priorities.
  • Build a network to source and share impactful content.
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal events.
  • Innovate new communication formats (written, video, etc.) to engage our workforce effectively.
  • Continuously gather feedback to enhance our communication strategies and measure their effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development and promotion of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Facilitate company-wide engagement surveys and collaborate with People Partners to create actionable plans based on feedback.
  • Generate insightful reports to track progress and engagement levels.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on employee sentiment and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as the expert on internal communications, engagement, and retention, leveraging insights to challenge norms and engage stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience in managing and designing internal communications campaigns, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Proven skills in graphic design, video production, copywriting, and editing, with a talent for identifying inspiring stories.
