Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver a high-quality service that is safe and offers value for money.
- Ensure that the team delivers a high-quality service that meets the needs of Lancashire citizens.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the scope of work and the range of care and support the team will be responsible for sourcing.
- Work closely with the Authority's contracting arrangements to ensure that the team's operational arrangements meet the needs of the Authority.
