Job Title: Senior Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our culinary team at The Celtic Collection. As a Senior Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Head Chef and Executive Chef in achieving our culinary goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all areas of the kitchen, ensuring food served is of the highest standards.
  • Motivate team members to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in achieving goals and objectives set by the Executive Head Chef and Executive Chef.
  • Ensure all restaurant requirements and some banqueting are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to Health & Safety legislation.
