Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sports coach looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Sports Coach/Walking Football Lead to join our team at Tadworth Leisure and Community Centre.

As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to adults, focusing on walking football. You will need to be able to engage and inspire participants of all ages and abilities, creating a fun and supportive environment that encourages progression and development.

We are looking for someone with a UKCC Level 2 or above qualification, who can deliver sessions at various levels, abilities, and age groups. You will also need to have experience of coaching in a community setting and hold a First Aid qualification.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a well-structured walking football programme that focuses on progression and development
  • Providing high-quality coaching that meets the needs of participants
  • Improving the level of coaching and increasing the numbers on the programme
  • Maintaining a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public
  • Setting up equipment and delivering first-class customer service
