## Job Title: Sports Coach

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to lead our walking football program at Tadworth Leisure and Community Centre. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to adults of all ages and abilities, providing a fun and encouraging environment that promotes progression and development.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a well-structured walking football program that focuses on progression and development of participants
* Provide high-quality coaching that meets the needs of participants
* Improve the level of coaching and increase the numbers on the program
* Maintain a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public generally
* Set up equipment and deliver first-class customer service
