Job Overview

JMC Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join their team at their facility in the UK. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing and certifying maintenance work on aircraft in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and certify maintenance work on aircraft in accordance with issued authorizations and relevant regulations
  • Pass on information properly and professionally to management and disciplinary superiors
  • Instruct employees with lower maintenance authorizations and check that maintenance work is carried out properly
  • Comply with business management principles and support the collection of operating data
  • Maintain safety and order in the workplace
  • Carry out other appropriate activities as instructed by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Completed CAT B basic training and holding a CAA or EASA B1 or B2 license
  • Previous business jet/military aircraft experience desirable
  • Knowledge of base maintenance activities with hands-on working experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of aircraft maintenance desirable
  • Good knowledge of English with clear verbal and written expression
  • Good IT skills
