Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Manage customers through the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover and follow-up, ensuring their expectations and requirements are met.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update and maintain knowledge of Nissan's products and services to provide customers with the best possible service.
  • Sales and Upselling: Advise clients on finance, insurance, and other products, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Build, manage, and maintain a list of viable prospects by utilizing sales leads, customer databases, and other tools.
  • Telephone Sales: Proactively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • Target-Driven: Proven sales record, ideally within the motor industry or high-value consumer products.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and negotiate sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Team Player: Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Administrative Skills: Good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
  • Industry Passion: A passion for the industry and ability to successfully enthuse and motivate others (customers and colleagues).
  • Results-Oriented: Resilient and able to manage customer objections and learn from feedback.
  • Integrity: Honest with high levels of integrity.
  • Valid Driving Licence: Required for the role.
