Job Summary:

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphic design solutions for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop on-brand visual identities for print collateral and digital platforms
  • Create high-quality assets for various marketing channels, including email, web, and social media
  • Translate marketing collateral into digital assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
  • Contribute to seasonal creative campaigns and idea creation, working closely with the creative team
  • Prepare print-ready files for various marketing materials, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail company
  • Proficiency in digital and print design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
