About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As an Integrated Transport Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Highways Service and managing the Integrated Transport Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead the Integrated Transport Team in delivering key improvements through policy development, traffic calming, accessibility, and road safety schemes.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Traffic Management to develop and implement strategies to enhance the Highways Service.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyse traffic data to assess the impact on the network and inform policy decisions.
  • Infrastructure Development
    • Investigate requests for new highway infrastructure, including traffic signs, road markings, pedestrian crossings, and other low-cost highway improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise
    • Significant knowledge of highway and traffic legislation and regulations.
