Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of 75 active files, providing excellent customer care, and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of 75 active files, including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of deceased' estates, and Court of Protection applications.
  • Provide excellent customer care to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to excel in this position.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft 365 and have a high level of awareness of compliance with regulatory obligations and risk assessment.
  • Show initiative, work independently, and be open to business development if you wish to progress within the firm.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • High level of awareness of compliance with regulatory obligations and risk assessment.
