About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at The Job Guru. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Private Client department, driving growth and innovation while maintaining a strong focus on client service.

As a leader in your field, you will oversee all aspects of client service delivery, team management, business development, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations. Your team will encompass areas such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT, and Asset Protection Advice.

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law (at least 3PQE)
  • Significant experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Court of Protection work
  • Candidate to have completed STEP diploma or is working towards that qualification
