Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their inquiries and making arrangements for pet cremation.
  • Process payments for cremation services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and financial transactions on our company systems.
  • Assist pet owners during their visits to the crematorium, ensuring a dignified and respectful experience.
  • Prepare pets for viewing, handling them with care and attention to detail.
  • Support the packing, checking, and return of pet ashes to their owners.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of our crematorium services.
