Project Architect Job in Peterborough

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at Hunter Dunning. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs, conducting site surveys, and preparing design reports and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs that meet quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements
  • Conduct site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable code requirements
  • Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards
  • Site visits to determine compliance with construction documents; identify any deviations and liaise with the owner and contractor to resolve issues promptly
  • Works effectively in a team by supporting other team members
  • Report to directors on the progress and updates of current projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6
  • You must be proficient in the technical stages of a project
  • ARB registration is essential
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
  • Previous experience working on MOD projects is highly desirable but we are also considering large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential
  • Within commutable distance of Peterborough
  • Having your own car and driver's license is essential.

What We Offer:

  • £40,000 - £47,500
