Exciting Opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant

Sacco Mann is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to take the next step into a Junior Conveyancer role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded social housing team in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Conveyancer to join our hard-working team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will work alongside three other conveyancers on social housing transactions, and with multiple other New Build conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of service to clients relating to processing of social housing disposals from instruction through to completion.
  • Open files, draft Transfer/Leases, issue draft papers to buyer's solicitors, respond to enquiries, liaise with clients, and complete transactions.
  • Work on various forms of affordable housing ownership.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have housing experience within a law firm (social housing is preferred but not essential), and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with various forms of affordable housing ownership is desirable.
