A1. Offer prospective learners relevant advice and guidance.
A2. Evaluate learners' prior educational experiences and accomplishments concerning the designated learning program.
A3. Conduct interviews with potential students and administer necessary selection assessments.
A4. Perform initial evaluations and identify any specific learning or support requirements.
A5. Ensure learners are properly registered with the institution and relevant accrediting bodies.
B: Designing and Structuring Educational Programs
B1. Define learning outcomes and develop Schemes of Work and Lesson Plans for applicable programs in accordance with accrediting body standards and institutional guidelines.
B2. Integrate literacy and numeracy / essential skills into the educational framework as necessary.
B3. Plan for the linguistic preferences of the student cohort, enabling them to utilize their preferred language (Welsh or English) whenever feasible.
B4. Select diverse teaching methodologies to cater to student needs.

C1. Create and uphold a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.

C4. Identify and address issues of low motivation and manage inappropriate conduct.
C5. Set ambitious tasks and collaborate with learners to establish individual goals and targets as appropriate.
C6. Organize sessions effectively to maintain engagement and interest.
C7. Foster effective communication among all learners, utilizing relevant technology when necessary.
C8. Maintain productive working relationships within program teams.
C9. Establish connections and coordinate with external organizations as required.
C10. Arrange and oversee work experience placements for learners, adhering to established procedures, including site visits and residential activities when suitable.

G: Additional Specific Duties
