About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplies Coordinator to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Supplies department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's supplies ordering system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Supplies Manager in providing a reliable supplies ordering system, including medical consumables, for the hospital as a whole.
- Place local purchase orders, receipt goods onto our inventory management system, and clear invoices for payment.
- Assist in quarterly prosthesis and bi-annual consumables stocktakes throughout the hospital.
- Ensure adherence to our Spire ordering process.
- Continuously strive to improve the service offered by the Supplies department to ensure uninterrupted running of all departments.
- Support the Supplies Manager in controlling and managing stock across the hospital.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Flexible approach to working patterns.
- Smart and professional appearance.
- Experience in the private healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable.
- Experience in a supply chain environment is desirable.
