Role: R&D Tax Director
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Tax, you will play a pivotal role in our growing R&D tax practice. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of UK R&D tax relief and other business tax matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on UK R&D Tax Relief to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
- Lead and manage the delivery of R&D tax services, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth in the R&D tax space.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Degree-level education with a strong academic background in accounting or taxation.
- Extensive experience working with the UK R&D Tax Relief regime, including CIOT qualification.
- Proven ability to advise clients on complex tax matters and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
