Job Summary:

Fowler Welch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products in and out of our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Loading and Unloading: Ensure that products are loaded and unloaded in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Verify that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner for all inbound and outbound loads.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of quality control by ensuring that products are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
  • Load Security: Ensure that all despatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Meet and maintain the company's productivity targets by working efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy, SSOW's and HACCP regulations, and report any safety concerns to management.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to company standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
  • Customer Returns: Receive, record, and notify the appropriate Stock Controller of customer returns.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Assist colleagues when required and maintain a harmonious and courteous working relationship with all team members.
