About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home. Your expertise in clinical care for the elderly will be invaluable in supporting the clinical team and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a desire to develop your career, we would love to hear from you.
