About the Role

As a Senior Retail Manager at TUI, you will be responsible for leading by example and embodying company values to inspire your team. You will support and develop a large team to be productive, proactive, sales and customer-focused, driving sales and profit in-store while ensuring they are skilled and able to resolve customer queries and complaints.
